1) Hempstead High School Open House is on Monday, January 26th from 7 to 8:30 p.m. starting in the North Gym. Dubuque Senior High School Open House is Monday, January 26th beginning at 7 p.m. at the Senior High Nora Gym.
2) Hempstead strength and conditioning coach, Nathan Oswalt is hosting a free “middle school strength clinic”. Any 7th or 8th grade boy or girl is welcome to attend. Session begin at 6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays starting January 27th. See Mr. Hatcher for more details or ask your homebase teacher.
3) Dance practice today after school.
