1) Birthdays Today - January 14th...Adam Mustafa, Cole OHare.
2) Dance team will be meeting in the wrestling room after school today.
3) Senior and Hempstead High School Open Houses for incoming freshmen will be January 25th from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
4) Loom Knitting is scheduled to start today, January 14th. MazeRunner LEAP program is canceled this Friday and moved to Tuesday, January 19th. Same time, same place.
5) Cross Country skiing results from Special Olympic Winter Games (January 11th-12th). Kaydence Arensdorf- 1st place medal in 500m and 1st place medal in 100m. Katie Carlson- 2nd place medal in 500m and 2nd place medal in 100m. Payton Gibson- Participation ribbon in 500m and 2nd place medal in 100m. Simeon Johnson- 1st place medal in 500m and 1st place medal in 100m. Michaela Ward- 2nd place medal in 500m and 3rd place medal in 100m.
