2) Anyone interested in trying out for Hempstead’s color guard, try-outs are taking place May 22nd and 27th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the auditorium at Hempstead. The audition will be May 29th from 6:00-7:00 p.m.
3) Track athletes get your uniforms turned in ASAP.
4) Any 8th grade boy interested in playing golf at Hempstead next year please come to an informational meeting in room 134 today a 11:00 a.m. Report to homebase first.
5) Any 8th grade girl interested in swimming next year at Hempstead please come to an informational meeting in the art room today at 11:00 a.m. Report to homebase first.
6) 6th grade football and volleyball will be practicing today after school.
7) Congratulations to Will Smith, Daquon Lewis, and Jerod Hubanks who hit the game winning shot to win the 6th grade basketball 3 on 3 tournament.
