TJMS Student Announcements - Wednesday, September 28, 2016 -- Day B
1) 6th grade girls track will practice today after school. 6th grade boys track will practice tomorrow.
2) Birthdays Today - September 28th...Halie Estrada.
3) Sports Today - Girls Red Volleyball...Jefferson Red vs. Roosevelt Purple. 7th grade at Jefferson and 8th grade at Roosevelt; both games start at 4 p.m.
4) Academic support is being offered for students on a weekly basis at the Multicultural Family Center. For a registration form please stop by the main office.
5) The Fuel Up To Play 60 meeting has been rescheduled for today, September 28th during 3rd period. Students who are involved need to meet in the LRC at 10:14. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Lucas.
6) Students are not allowed to attend breakfast if they are not eating. If you go to the breakfast room you need to take a tray with 3 components, just a juice does not count as breakfast. Any issues in breakfast can result with getting assigned a separate room to eat breakfast in. Students need to get to breakfast on time and leave on time as well.
7) Jefferson's Lego League is looking for team members. If you like working with a team and coming up with creative solutions, please attend the informational meeting on Wednesday during Pd 3 in the Auditorium.
8) Open Gym for girls basketball are the following dates:...September 28th, October 3rd, 4th and 5th from 4 to 5:45 p.m. in south gym.
