1) Birthdays Today - November 13th...Joshua Erner, Brianna Finzel.
2) After school LEAP is Self Defense/Karate on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 14th and 15th. Vertical Jump permission slips are due on Tuesday, only students who have returned their slips may go.
3) Wrestling pictures will be today after school.
4) Sports Today - Girls Basketball...Jefferson vs. Roosevelt Silver. 7th grade at Roosevelt and 8th grade at Jefferson; both games begin at 4 p.m.

Join Jefferson in a Penny War event to benefit victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. The idea came during ELT when we explored Spanish-speaking places in our world.
When will it happen? Monday, Nov. 13 to Friday, Nov. 17
How does it work? Penny War rules:
-Add pennies to your homebase collection to earn points.
-Add dollars or silver coins to other collection cans to take away points from another homebase.
- The winning homebase from each grade level will earn an ice cream party – “Una fiesta de helados!”
We will donate to the Hispanic Federation for disaster relief.
