TJMS Student Announcements - Wednesday, December 14, 2016 -- Day A
1) Birthdays Today - December 14th...Joseph Dress.
2) All students involved in the talent show should report to the auditorium today, December 14th at 10:15-11:37 for rehearsals. Sixth and seventh graders will eat at some point during the rehearsals. The talent show is Thursday, December 15th.
3) Auditions for this year's musical, "Once Upon a Mattress" will be Monday, December 19th, or Tuesday, December 20th, after school in the auditorium. All students who wish to be in the musical should come to one of these audition times. Anyone who auditions will be in the show. Those interested in being in the crew do not need to come to auditions.
4) Congratulations to the following students who will be representing Jefferson at the sectional spelling bee at Clarke University: Isabelle Stapleton, H8-1, Morgan Clark, H8-2, Angelina Shappel, H7-1, James Hughes, H7-2, and Devonna Granacki-Bluhm, H6-1.
5) Holiday Grams will be on sale starting Wednesday, December 14th through Wednesday, December 21st. Holiday Grams can be purchased at the school store before school.
6) Dance this Friday from 2:30-4:30. Tickets will go on sale Friday during lunch. $3.00 to get into dance - Inflatables will cost .25 cents and .50 cents to participate - DJ - Karaoke - Wally Ball - Dancing - and more fun and games. If you have more than three office referrals since the last dance you cannot attend.
7) This Friday after school is the first LEAP field trip. Students will be notified if they earned a trip to the Mystic Ice Skating rink. Students will board a bus at 2:30 and return at 4:00 p.m. Please turn permission slips into the main office.
