Wednesday, February 5, 2014 - Day B
1) Jefferson Wellness classes are participating in Live Healthy Iowa Kids again this year. The ten week challenge began Monday, January 27th. Students are to be recording their fruit servings and activity minutes for the first two weeks on their blue calendars. These are due February 11th to Mrs. Lucas and Mr. Wischmeyer. Any questions, please ask the Wellness teachers.
2) Students who want to participate in the 2014 Battle of The Books, please turn in your teams to Mrs. Duclos by Friday, February 7th!
3) If you wish to order a 2013-2014 Jefferson Middle School memory book, money will be accepted the week of February 3rd to 7th. The cost of the memory book is $12.00 and may be paid in the main office by cash or check. This is the last chance to order a memory book.
4) Birthdays Today - February 5th...Nathan Blackburn, Dethan Moore.
5) We have a great number of books that need to be returned to the LRC before bills are sent home to parents. The LRC would like you to check your backpacks, lockers and homes for overdue books. Thank you, Ms. Neyens and Ms. Duclos.
6) 7th Grade Gold Basketball does not have basketball practice today.
7) The next rehearsal for Fiddler on the Roof is Thursday, February 6th for ladies with speaking parts and all men. Remember, you need to have zero F’s to be able to participate in the musical.
