1) Hempstead Fall Cheerleading tryouts will be today - Thursday, May 2nd from 5:30-9 p.m. in the Dunham wrestling room at Hempstead High School. If you have any questions please contact Coach Pregler at 563-513-9101 or srspontiac@hotmail.com or Tom Meissner, AD at 563-552-5232.
2) Tryouts for 8th grade softball for Hempstead will be held on Monday, May 6th from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at the Hempstead softball field. Any questions please contact the Hempstead activities office. Practice permits will be required.
3) All cast and crew members of ANNIE should report to rehearsal on Thursday in the auditorium.
4) 6th graders are reminded volleyball and football start on Monday, May 6th. If you want to play make sure you have a physical and concussion form on file in the main office.
5) Sports Today - Boys Track...Jefferson hosts Washington and Mazzuchelli at Hempstead at 4 p.m.
6) Birthdays Today - May 2nd...Ciara Boyd, Grace Fehsal.
7) There will be no Band, Orchestra or Choir today.
