1) New LEAP programs beginning second semester. Make sure you are signed up today! Two new programs to pay special attention to are Bridge Club and NASA. Bridge is where you can test your wits and learn how to be a professional Bridge player. The NASA class will teach you about rocketry and aeronautics. There may be opportunities to fly in a real plane. Make sure you have a parent sign both sides of the Leap form.

Drama Club On Monday, January 7th we will be starting a Jefferson drama club. The drama club will meet during 5th period on Mondays and Thursdays. The drama club is not directly connected to the spring musical, but the drama club will work on the basics of acting on stage, so anyone interested in participating in this years' musical would definitely benefit from the experience. Please sign-up in the office if you are interested. If you are involved in other activities during 5th hour, but would like to participate in the drama club, please sign-up anyway. If we have a large enough number interested we will try to set up an after school club as well.
