Tuesday, April 8, 2014 - Day A
1) The Live Healthy Iowa 10 Week Challenge has ended! The purple calendar and any other calendars that have not been turned in are due now. The date of the open gym for all students who turned in all five calendars will be announced soon. Any questions, please ask Mrs. Lucas or Mr. Wischmeyer.
2) 6th grade girls basketball practice starts today. Practice runs 2:30-4:00 p.m. Boys will meet tomorrow.
3) Birthdays Today - April 8th...Madelyn Derouin, Jenna Gibbs, Austin Trausch.
4) Hillhawk helpers will be meeting today, April 8th and Wednesday, April 9th.
5) The following students will be out of the building at the Young Writer’s Conference today, April 8th from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. H6-1: Avery Setter, Trentyn Sanchez and Jahiam Turner; H6-2: Sydney Hammel, Emma Gilles, Abbi Sarazin; H7-1: Bailey Smith, Carly Dalberg; H7-2: Anjel Manriquez, Ted Spring; H8-2: Toni Fortmann, Heather Hostager.
Discount Card Fundraiser We will be kicking-off our Discount Card Fundraiser this week. On Thursday we will have assemblies to explain the Fundraiser during homebase times and then on Friday we will be distributing the cards to students.
