1) Hempstead Fall Cheerleading tryouts will be Tuesday, April 30th - Wednesday, May 1st - and Thursday, May 2nd from 5:30-9 p.m. in the Dunham wrestling room at Hempstead High School. 2) Sports Today - Boys Track...Western Dubuque Invitational at Epworth at 4 p.m. Girls Track...Jefferson 30th Anuual Invitational at Dalzell at 4 p.m.
3) Tryouts for 8th grade softball for Hempstead will be held on Monday, May 6th from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at the Hempstead softball field. Any questions please contact the Hempstead activities office. Practice permits will be required.
4) 8th grade baseball tryouts for Hempstead freshman baseball will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Core Field at Hempstead today. If you have any questions please contact the Hempstead activities office.
5) Book Club will meet on Wednesday, May 1st in Mrs. Boxleiter’s room (215). Read both "The Trap" and "Sticks and Stones". Can’t wait to see you there!
6) All cast and crew members of ANNIE should report to rehearsal on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in the auditorium.
7) Be sure to turn in money for the fundraiser and if you are not selling discount cards, please return them to the office.
