1) Today is a Day B.
2) All Students are reminded to be logging their physical activity minutes and vegetable servings daily to turn into their wellness teachers for Live Healthy Iowa kids.
3) Any 6th grade student interested in a drawing contest, see Mr. Hatcher or Mrs. Henkels for more details. Draw a picture of any Historical Building in Iowa and you could win $100.00! Entries are due April 13th.
4) Any 7th or 8th grader interested in a photography contest see Mr. Hatcher or Mrs. Henkels. Take a photo of any Historical Building in Iowa and submit it to the Iowa Architectural Foundation and you could win $100.00. Entries are due by March 14, 2012.
5) Hempstead Fall Cheerleading will have a mandatory preseason tryout meeting on Monday, March 26th at 6:30 p.m. in the Hempstead Auditorium. Any questions please contact Coach Kress at 552-8027.

Wednesday: 3:30-8 PM
Thursday: 9 AM - 2 PM; 3 - 7:30 PM
Conferences
on Thursday during the day are in the teacher's classroom. Conferences
on Wednesday and Thursday night are the North gym. To ensure that you
are able to meet with all of your child's teachers, we request that you
arrive at least 30 minutes before the end of a session.
