3) Sports Today...Boys Basketball - Jefferson Red vs. Drexler Black. 7th grade at Drexler and 8th grade at Jefferson; both games begin at 4 p.m.
4) Here’s some NEW news about this year’s musical. There will be a sign up sheet posted on the auditorium door for anyone interested in helping backstage for the musical. If you want to help with the props, costumes, make-up, sets, or ushering – then sign up. Auditions for this year’s musical will be today. You can be in both sports and the musical – so don’t let that stop you. If you are in basketball, then just let your basketball coach know you will be attending the audition or stop by the auditorium after practice. For more information, listen to Java or see Mrs. Duggan and Mrs. Steffen.

5) Auditions for the musical will be after school on Monday and Tuesday, February 6 and 7. Please be ready to read a short paragraph and sing a simple song like Happy Birthday. If you are in basketball, you may come after practice or get permission from your coach to come early. You can be in both sports and the musical. For more information, see Mrs. Steffen or Mrs. Duggan.
