2) Sports Today - Girls Gold Volleyball...Jefferson Gold vs. Roosevelt Black. 7th grade at Jefferson and 8th grade at Roosevelt; both games begin at 4 p.m.
3)6th grade girls track practice today.
4) Starting October 8th, Chess Club will meet in room 105 on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month after school from 2:30 (after snack, etc.) until 3:45 (so kids can get to the activity bus).
5) Progress Reports are going home today and fall athletes are reminded if you are earning a failing grade you are on academic probation, if you are earning two failing grades you are allowed to practice but not play.
Jefferson Site Council The Thomas Jefferson Middle School Site-Council will have it's first meeting at 5:30 pm on October 13th in the Jefferson Middle School Library. Meetings will be held one Monday each month. We are looking for parents, students and community members that would like to serve on this Council.
