1) Birthdays Today - May 29th...Grace Jackson, Hannah Jackson, Trent Lyons.
2) The auditions for Hempstead's Color Guard will be tonight from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium at Hempstead.
3) Track athletes get your uniforms turned in ASAP!
4) 6th grade football and volleyball will be practicing today after school.
5) Any 6th or 7th grade boy or girl interested in attending basketball camps at Hempstead this summer, please see Mr. Hatcher for more information.
6) Any 8th grade boy interested in playing basketball next year at Hempstead is invited to Open Gym every Wednesday and Thursday night from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. at Hempstead Gym. Just show up!
7) The I-jag program is having a Dodgeball tournament for 8th grade students at Hempstead High School on Saturday, May 31st. $25.00 per team, 5 person teams, that’s 5 dollars per person! Sign up today, See Mr. Hatcher for more info. All proceeds go to help support the Dubuque Rescue Mission.
8) Awards Ceremonies for grade 6-8 will be on June 9th. Please plan to attend!
