2) Anyone interested in being a Hempstead Cheerleader for the 2017-2018 school year, there will be a MANDATORY parent meeting on April 17th at 6:00 p.m. in the Library at Hempstead. Mandatory tryout practices will be held at Hempstead on April 18th and April 20th, 5:30-7:30 p.m. and April 24th, 3:15-4:30 p.m. in the North Gym. Mandatory tryouts are April 25th, beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the North Gym.
3) Each Tuesday and Thursday in April, students and their families will have a chance to learn more about Dubuque’s high-demand job sectors. It’s an opportunity for students to see a business first-hand in a student-friendly, interactive environment – and hear from industry leaders about the skills and education needed to be successful in that field. All at NO COST to attendees (and participants even get a FREE t-shirt). Stop by the office for more information.
4) LEAP this week...Homework help is in the LRC on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Today is Kerry's Painting in the art room and Leisure Services Carnival in the cafeteria. Thursday is Shakespeare in the Auditorium.

3) Students in PE classes will be running the final PACER of the year today. Come to class prepared to do your best and get your highest score of the year!

An unusual princess comes to the kingdom and tries to pass the queen's tests. Please join us for this fun show at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. The cost is $5 per ticket.
